In the middle of February I signed up for an internet and cell phone package. I was supposed to get two free lines for one year with high-speed internet. The second line was supposed to come with the free phone and have one year free as well! After about 15 calls and well over 10 hours on the phone with them I've had nothing but issues including but not limited to being overcharged, discounts and promotions and not applied, incorrect start date (had me starting in April, two months after actual starting date) and finally the worst one is that they shut my service off at a very bad time and would not turn it back on immediately! Very upsetting and disrespectful. This happened on Friday May 16th, 2 days ago, hence the reason for my elaboration. My first payment was February 4th approximately 18 days before my service started on the 22nd of February and each payment of $65.30 was made in March and April as well. My next payment of $65.30 is due on May 26th yet for some reason my service was shut up and I was forced to pay (which I couldn't immediately pay because of being out of town) about $30 to get the service turned back on way after it was shut off because I had no internet or cell phone service to do so. The worst part is I had spoken with someone on Wednesday (2 days prior to them shutting my service off) and said nothing due until next due date. Still not fixed! Resolution Sought I expect them to fix my start date and credit the days without equipment or service (service started February 22nd but I was told to pay on February 4th. Almost 20 days). Seconds that they honor the free cell phone deals. Finally, the third thing I expect to be done is that the bill is consolidated into one bill so I can deal with one person and one department (one in the internet department and the other in the mobile department)

I switched over from tmobile to xfinity mobile on may first. I was offered 3 lines for 40 dollars. One of the lines was cancelled without my authorization. I have been reaching out to them for last 14 days and there has been no resolution. ECM0013579466 - 3 lines for 40 dollars ECM007532452 - 3 lines for 40 dollars Resolution Sought I would like for xfinity to reinstate my 3 lines for 40 dollars.
