I have a live cable wire laying across my yard and neighbors yard for over 6 months. I have contacted company numerous times to get buried due to safety hazard to no response. I have multiple ticket numbers and still no response. I have sent in pictures, talked to customer service and even talked to 2 employees doing work on around street only to be told by 1 it's not his job and the other said he would contact construction department. Still nothing. It is a safety hazard. Bright orange line laying across 2 yards that are not even their customers. Resolution Sought Bury cable

Complaint Type: Billing Issue / Address Error / Unfair Collections Statement: I am filing this complaint because Xfinity increased my bill from about $150 to over $300 without explanation and then locked my address so I could not apply for Internet Essentials. When I attempted to resolve this, Xfinity refused to fix the billing issue and instead sent the disputed balance to a collections agency. Resolution Sought I am requesting the following: • Correct the billing amount to the accurate total • Remove all incorrect charges • Remove the balance from collections • Unlock my address so I can apply for Internet Essentials • Provide written confirmation of all corrections I tried resolving this directly with Xfinity, but they did not help. I am requesting BBB assistance to escalate this to Xfinity corporate.
