Offer a simple and efficient web-based solution for customers to access their account information and to make payment on amounts due

Xfinity Mobile does not have a successfully operating app available for customers to access critical account information and to make payment. As a result, Xfinity mobile threatens a consequence of terminating a customer service if they cannot timely pay the amount due. Even if customers set up auto pay and endeavor to access to pay their account on time, the available website and application do not allow for a user to make a payment.

Comcast does not have a phone number that can easily get in contact with a human being to discuss this matter at hand. As a result, I lost my cell phone service for many days and weeks and took extreme amounts of effort to restore my cell phone service.

Poor service and uncooperative staff

I am unhappy with the staff and the service is unreliable. I was promised a lot more than I received.
