Eight months of aggravation and we are doorless.

We started dealing with Comfort in July on having custom doors made. The designing of the doors kept being delayed because of mistakes. Every time anyone came to the house, they showed up late. When the doors were finally being built, they were damaged and had to be remade prolonging everything once more. Then when we finally got an installation date, the guy showed up and immediately told us the doors had some damage once again and they were not the right sizes. Unbelievable. When we tried to work with them to get a discount on the doors for eight months of being strung along with nothing to show for, what they offered was laughable. In the end, they are willing to give us our deposit back, but eight months of our time was wasted on thinking we were going to have doors. I want everyone to be aware of how this company does business so they don't waste their time like we did. I would rate them at a zero if that was an option. Eight months of aggravation and we are doorless. I would like them to be aware of how horrible their service was and how much of our time was wasted. Now we need to start this whole process over with someone who can hopefully be much more capable of doing their job. We had eight months of our time wasted and all that is happening is us getting our money back with nothing more.
