Customer service

I am recommending the business I work for that utilizes Constellation Towing to remove them from our call log, it has been a while since I have had the displeasure of dealing with a company that has failed to train its employees on the virtues of good customer service. The company that hires you is not your only customer. The individual picking up the vehicle you have towed is as well , my daughter recently had her car towed , I now understand the frustration that individuals have with this company while trying to retrieve there auto . I have had to have vehicles towed in the past , I have complaints about this location but did not understand the issue till I myself had to deal with this company. Having to wait an hour for a self serving manager(Brooke)
