Very poor customer service!

The manager at this location is young and does not listen or use the common sense multiple incidents he is just rude. Customers I'm having anxieties in the parking lot prior to going in the office. They grow serving at the counter lily and her manager I just having a big huge mouth I'm not listening screaming to customers , waiting time is always about two hours to be served it's a nightmare to think about going there!!! They need customer service training. They need to learn to hear the customer to be polite to customer do use the leverage and serv , not to kick customers out of the office. I drove seven hours round-trip in one day four preview unfortunately they kick me out because my driver license was not uploaded in the system steel!
