BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege unfulfilled lease agreements bait and switch interest rate terms and inability to obtain refunds for advance deposit payments. Customers complain they would not have paid the advance fees if they had known that lease agreement terms would not be approved as discussed. In some cases complainants allege the company retains their advance payment all or in part as payment for services rendered. ~~The company responds to some complaints by indicating that customers fail to produce documents required to fund leases or that lease agreements were funded but rejected by the customer. Other complaints are addressed by reminding clients that according to their contract advance fees may be retained when no funding occurs as processing costs. The portion retained minus the $150 processing fee is offered back to clients only as a line of credit for future lease agreements and not as an actual refund. Most complainants are not satisfied with this arrangement as they no longer want to do business with the company due to questionable practices and tactics.
