Sloppy and Unprofessional work

I hired this company to do repair work on my roof. They did a sloppy job. Left a big hole on the front side and did not replace a broken tile as quoted to me on the estimate. They probably did not expect me to go up the roof and check their work. The owner's son and superintendent, Joshua Cortez told me he was coming back in 2-3 days to fix the problem but did not come. Three times I called him and he told me he was coming but never showed up. Third time I spoke with him last Friday (8/7/15) he said he'll be at my house in one hour. I waited for 4 hours and he did not show at all or call me. Their work is unprofessional. I will not hire them again but will probably recommend them to my enemies so they will have the same stress that I got for hiring the wrong people.
