This is a predator loan company. They find people who's credit is not the greatest and just totally take advantage of them. They work with certain dealerships and set people up for failure. I paid my 2015 Toyota Corolla off. They said that I still owed 7000. After I had paid over 30000. My Experian count even said that the total amount I owe in the entire world is 6,000 . So there's no way I would owe them. Their rating is like a 1.6. out of 5. Read all the reviews. The attorney general has even sued them. I'm not stopping until they are punished for what they do to people. People pay their cars off an they refuse to release the cars title. The guy who took mine back into it not once, not twice, but there times! My neighbor watched the whole thing!!! And funny thing. I bought my car from acra in Greensburg Indiana. On my paperwork where I bought my car it says r & c services. Which is who credit acceptance had repo my car!!!! I want them to be held accountable for all their actions. They need to repay everyone they have taken advantage of plus all the pain and suffering. They are beyond pathetic.

Don't deal with these people

I went to a car lot bought a car the loan came from credit acceptance everything was fine untill the car would not pass inspection which they guaranteed with pass inspection each time I brought the car to get inspected it failed I brought it back to the car lot they reset the light told me to give it a day or two bring it back to inspection it should pass long story short it never passed car lot starts ignoring me won't accept my calls close to my warranty with them ending go there no one's there to help me they fully get shut down due to fraud I call credit acceptance explain everything to them I question them how are you doing with the car dealer who is doing this to consumers you have to be aware and you have to have more than one complaint they did nothing to help me I asked him what was I supposed to do with the vehicle that I cannot drive because it will not pass inspection I was always on time with my payments they sent me I can voluntarily surrender the vehicle which I did do to getting tickets in New Jersey and risking on to jail I had no choice now 7 years later I'm still dealing with them charging me for a car that they knowingly sold me that was never going to pass inspection and I filed three complaints with credit acceptance and they never helped me I feel like they both are in cahoots and it's all at the end of the day to get money but now it's ruining my life if you deal with a credit company you want to know that they have your back not put you in a position where you're going to lose your money and mess up your credit they have on file how this car lot scammed me they have the tickets that I got they couldn't even contact them when I was telling them I couldn't contact them but yet and still it's all on me I'm responsible. I was a loyal customer I never missed a payment I paid on time my car did not get repossessed my car was unable to be driven because of fraud it was a lemon there should be laws in place to protect people like me and others
