We have had several problems with our 2020 Ford Explorer. As I know for the most part its a Ford problem, but anytime I deal with the service department at the Sanford location it is nothing but incompetent people, except one named Gary. Remind you its first oil change was in shop for trouble,. Its at 25,000 miles and every oil change it has already been in shop. Besides getting no compassion from this place, they refuse to help you get car there or help with loaner cars. Today I was told they could look at it tomorrow but had no cars and the service manager Brads response was I don't know what to tell you. We took it to another Crossroads in another town. The Sanford dealership not only didn't seem concerned, but didn't uphold their responsibility and make sure the car I purchased from them is running correctly. He told me if I wanted to complain to call Ford it's self. This is a Ford dealer who sells and is supposed to stand behind their products. Technically shouldn't they contact Ford for me to make sure my car is fixed and to have a repeat customer.
