Drug test everyone in there and make the world a better place!

I am a plasma donor and every time I go in to donate plasma there is other donor outside smoking weed. They claim to do random drug tests but that's not happening. A donor handed me a joint this morning but I told him I don't smoke. I caught a good whiff of the weed and I don't like weed smoke. Can you please convince them to do a surprise drug test on everyone? Any time I complain about something, they ignore me. The phlebotomists were talking about that if you try to complain, they just act like they don't believe you. If you please can get them to drug test, it might go on the news because they'll probably have to shut down. If they decline, it's because they already know that. They might do it. Please help.
