I want to file a complaint about the woman at the middle window she's very rude to us elderly people. I'm 70 years old and to be treated so badly at this currency exchange on the 3900 west madison this lady took money off my card then said she didn't. I was just trying to pay my bills. I had to dispute it with my bank when I told her I was filing a complaint on her she put it back on this sad we elderly need to be respected. I would love for her to be fired because of the way she treat people her job is to help us customers not be disrespectful. I've been having problems with her for three years now thus is my first complaint and I'm sure it won't be my last. She do not need to work in any customer service place of business and I've witnessed her letting people come in with no ID letting them take money off cards that's stolen isn't that fraud that business needs investigating.
