They disclosed personal information!

I had been to doctor's appointment diagnosed with tendinitis. I couldn't walk I was giving a prescription. My friend was to come get the prescription. Instead he misunderstood me and went to CVS. The pharmacist just gave him a print of all my information without my consent. Instead of telling him There was no prescription there. He never knew any of my information Because he was supposed to hand them the phone for me to speak to them, they know me very well and this was his first time ever going in picking up a prescription. But I had the proscription at home. I felt violated and embarrassed that they gave him all my medications on the printout for no reason. He signed a statement that they were wrong . know he knows all my information and Iv been devastated. Because of one of the medications was very private of a disease I have and he told several people. I have been in a deep depression and high anxiety .When I asked the pharmacist why did he do that he stated " I DON'T KNOW. I feel I should be compensated something for this careless act. Now I will be scrutinized in the town I live in.
