Horrible. The movers who came on September 12th from M & D were horrible broke my $1900 bed damaged my $2200 couch screwed my TV on it's base wrong broke the stand on my end table and damaged the pull. Per your contract they were supposed to wrap and protect my items they had nothing except a few drop cloths. These men were unprofessional unprepared and charged my $3400 instead of the $1500 I was quoted and signed the contract with you. They had their own contract they forced me to sign and I had to VENMO them 3 different times to get my items loaded transported and unloaded they took complete advantage of me a woman alone who needed to be moved. They charged me for basically more than one month's rent that I pay.  When I filed a claim I heard nothing back from M&D nothing and it is now December 28th. You are all scammers. Every time I look at the damage of my belongings I am sick to my stomach all of my items were brand new and because these men WHO GOT PAID!!!! Mind you were not prepared and intimidated broke my stuff. I have no recourse and this was a total loss on my part and I pray no one ever trusts you or your company again.

Do not hire this company. I paid a deposit and had to cancel my move -- I canceled within the time stipulated in my contract and they have yet to send me my refund of my deposit. They are refusing to answer my emails and phone calls. I even had my attorney send a letter and they did not respond. Stay away from this company
