Stop treating customers that way it was very ignorant
My landlord called this company to unclog my drain, a plumber named Dan came out and did what he could and found there is a wipe clog. I'm assuming Dan called my landlord and told him because Dan text me and said it would take another machine to get through that clog, i told him I'd get back to him. Yesterday i text Dan and told him i have the 450.00 to do the work, he said ok. Then today i got a text from him stating that he would be here today, i said ok that's fine, then i got a couple more texts from him saying he needed the money before he starts work and each time i replied ok i have it here and you will get it before you do any work. Dan said its a tennet landlord situation, so i don't know what my landlord told Dan but i told Dan its not .Then i got a call from the company and the woman i spoke worth said the same thing I'd have to pay before work is started, i explained to het that Dan and i were texting and i told him he will get the money before any work is done, she told me to hold on then hung up. I called back 4 times and each time a guy answered and said ( you suck ) this happened every t9 i called , he would say that then he would hang up i tried asking ( why are you talking to me like this ) but he always hung up before i could finish speaking.. I then text Dan and told him its not a landlord situation and i have the 450.00 here for him and if hes coming to let me know, he hasn't responded as of yet. The way those people there acted unprofessional
