I ordered from Dash of Glitter on 2/17/24 using a discount code they were advertising as a president's day sale with a 40 coupon code. After submitting payment, the FULL amount was charged without the 40 off being applied to my order. Within 2 minutes of ordering, I sent an email saying the code didn't work and it took $110.57 instead of $66.34. I didn't hear back that day. They eventually emailed and said I had 3 options… 1) I can get a refund for store credit 2) I can get a refund to whatever payment method with a 5 deduction due to merchant fees 3) they could fix any mistake I had make with my order . I told them I chose option 2. This took place on 2-18-24. I have not heard back after multiple attempts as of 2-27-24. There has been no updates on my order, and no refund to my account. **Update: Dash of Glitter has proceeded to ship me the items, despite agreeing to give me a refund. Resolution Sought I just want my money back even if there is a 5 deduction for merchant fees. That should be a refund of $105.04.
