On June 3rd I went to David's bridal very exciting to try on dresses for my wedding in September. I brought multiple family members with me so they witnessed everything that happened this day. I found a beautiful dress, shoes, a diamond belt, and a veil for $1522.80. When I had gone to pay for all my items there was an error message on the card machine. Ana, the manager helping me with the transaction, told me to go ahead and insert my card anyway and that it should be fine. After I entered my credit card she told me my card was declined. I knew I wasn't even close to my credit limit so my card shouldn't have been declined. I checked my credit card account and I saw that the transaction did go through on my credit card account. Ana told me that on her end it shows that no money went through so I decided to call the credit card company to see if there was an error on their end. They let me know that there was no mistake on their end and that if David's Bridal is saying no money went through then that is an error on their part. Ana told me that we could wait 1 day to see if the money would go through and if not then I would have to dispute the transaction with my bank and try and pay for my items again once I receive my credit back. I called David's bridal back the next day to see if the money went through and again Ana told me that the money had not gone through and to dispute it with my bank. She apologized for the inconvenience on their part and was kind enough to offer anyt Resolution Sought Either refund me my money or let the credit card company know I never received my items so they can allow me to keep my credit.
