I would like the business to educate the so called manager

The manager of the De Anza Hotel in Calexico, C.A. named Alondra makes visitors who go see their senior loved ones feel like if they are going to visit a prisoner in jail. I went to visit my father, and Alondra who said was the manager spoke in an authoritarian way telling me, a non Hotel De Anza that I should do this and that next time. I believe she was on her period or tried to take out her horrible mood out with an unknown person having a power trip. I would like the business to educate the so called manager Alondra by sending her to some courses which deal with common courtesy and manners. I believe that if Alondra treats the visitors like crap, Alondra is treating the senior citizens even more horrible since they don't report her for fear of retaliation.
