Took about a month to get frames and they sent wrong frames have email them numerus times and called no reply 2 different companies in one address and could be more. looked at complaints after ordering wish I hadn't shopped with this merchant. GO READERS OPTOMETRY GOOGLE MAP ADDRESS IS UPS STORE. Resolution Sought Either refund my money or send me right frames.

I placed and on on May 16th for the Duck Unlimited frame (order# 49654), which was suppose to ship within 6 business days. They didn't process the order until May 28th, then they sent my order to the wrong person and address. I tried to call and email a number of times and no one has ever called me back or sent an email to resolve their error issue. Resolution Sought I would like the business to issue me a FULL refund!
