Poor Customer Service!!

Denny's in Sierra vista. I was there today and the service is the worse in my 78 years and I mean the worse I got there and waited to be seated. I see there is a shortage of help, I understand that. After being seated they totally for got about me and I had to get someone to see me finally after they took my order and there was several that came after me they did take care of before me. The server took my order for the Lumber Jack and then came back much later at least 20 minutes or so and asked me what I ordered even having written it down and he had totally forgot it. People around me had to laugh. His name was JAVIAR, not sure the the spelling but he is the only gentlemen serving and there was one Lady. I had to ask for more coffee as he forgot me several times and I had to ask her for the syrup for the pancakes. I am sure he was over whelmed. I have always liked Denny's. I moved here to Arizona a month ago and I visited here at Denny's before this time and they do have issues here but it was not this bad last visit but not really great. Servers are short handed I can see that. Many empty tables but not enough staff it takes time to be seated because of the problem but then having a server is a real big issue. Not sure there connected with corporate but if so they need a lot of help. Any further info please contact me! I would like to see the business get better management as that is an obvious problem. Better food draining or grease or better workers
