This company telemarkets, and uses reverse telemarketing to sell a variety of products and services. Complainants allege high pressure, or deceptive sales practices are used to sell unwanted products and obtain billing information. The most current complaints for this company are regarding telephonic solicitations of gold and silver coins. A few complainants report they were solicited up to 6 times daily for the same product. Others were reportedly advised the coin was free, and then were charged a processing fee of $169.00. Most complainants allege difficulty with cancellations, refunds, or contacting the company. Complainants report calls are answered by spanish speaking persons who claim they do not know who the company is. Some complainants allege they order 1500 Latin music songs by original artists, and 15 complimentary movies, but the songs are not by the original artists or the CD's arrive damaged. One complainant ordered family oriented movies and received adult themed movies. Some complain that the company uses high pressure sales tactics or trickery to sell unwanted products and obtain billing information. Other complainants allege the company will not permit cancellations , and claims they have the ability to place merchandise charges on customer's telephone bills.

The company responds to most complaints by advising complainants they have a no refund policy, denying responsibility for the customer, agreeing to cancel on transactions not shipped, or by agreeing to remove the complainant from their customer list. They claim it is not their practice to place charges on telephone bills.
