BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege they hire this company based on advertising touting "no hidden costs". Price quotes are given by telephone based on the customer's description of the area to be cleaned. Customers complain, after the cleaning technician arrives, the price of the service increases. Several complainants allege they initially signed release forms indicating satisfaction with the services provided, however within a few days stains and dirt resurfaced. In some cases the complainants made requests to the company to re-clean the carpets. Customers report that although the company initially agrees to re-clean carpets, they fail to keep scheduled appointments. Other complainants allege, carpets stay wet for days due to faulty equipment or inappropriate cleaning methods. A few customers report damages to various household items from chemicals or water used in cleanings

The company responds is some cases by disputing allegatiions and denying refund requests. In cases where customers place stop payment orders on checks, the company sends the customer to collections. One complainant reports she sent a second check to replace one she had put a stop payment on. Six months later the company sent the original check back through the bank and cashed it. This customer was able to obtain a refund.
