I had my shower replaced on March 28th by West Shore Homes. I was offered a 90 days deferred interest before payment is due. My account was contracted out to Dividend Finance, in the amount of 13,491.00 that will be due on or before June 28th. I wrote a check to Dividend on June 6th, 2023 in that amount. The check was cashed and later on I was billed for late interest of 158.40. I called letting them know I was not going to pay for the interest they were saying I owe. Since then every day I'm being called regarding added interest fees added daily. I reached out to Mr. Jack Brutkiewicz from West Shore regarding the 90 days interest deferred and he said yes it's standard with West Shore. (251-776-8079) Dividend Finance (844-805-7100) Account number (L23-GA-0405254) Resolution Sought Admit that they made a mistake with the interest penalty. I need an apology for the harassment.

Dividend finance is the company who financed my solar panels. We applied for solar back in November 2022, but from getting them installed took months, so we actually dealt with the company installing the solar panels which took months, because of county permits, etc. So by the time panels got installed it took months after we signed paperwork back in November. Panels finally got installed and we wouldn't start paying until 60 days after installation before payments would begin. Dividend company didn't even send a prior notice n it notification, payments began but when they began I didn't even remember who the finance company was at this point was anymore. By this point in May I just noticed "dividend 102" with money missing from my bank account and I flagged it as unrecognized, in which bank of America put in an investigation, because they didn't know who Dividend 102 was either and usually they have more information regarding payments, or they can give me a phone number, they couldn't even see that. After a week of investigation, they determined in my favor and returned the money to my account and then that's with American Express a few days later notified me of my credit score going down 83 points and that's who finally have me the information on who Dividend,102 was and finally I was able to reach out to them, catch up on my account and see if I could be forgiven for all the misunderstanding, and up until now they do not want to help me resolve in helping me. Resolution Sought I explained the situation to dividend finance and even sent paperwork explaining how and why the confusion happened, even a letter from bank of America, it wasn't that I was deliberately late, I'm never late to any of my credit cards, mortgage, etc, I'm a very responsible person, and I've always been responding. All I ask is for a one time letter to be sent out to the credit bureaus that they use, and clarify my credit that I've worked hard for,
