Was horrible, now improved!
It was the most disgusting, unorganized,bare shelves,no manager, not enough help, dirty,bathrooms are so filthy it's bad for your health to breathe in there. The store stinks, infested by roaches, bugs, spiders, have expired foods and drinks on the shelves, they always run out of products, cigarettes,and food.they haven't had a manager for 2 months. They can't get help till the District manager allows it. The assistant manager doesn't seem to understand the role of a manager. My friend whom is very qualified to be a manager put her application in and was told the District Manager has to hire for that position. She then put in for assistant and sales. The assistant manager said he couldn't get the system to work on the computer to find her application. She put it in 3 more xs. Still no call. The part time help works 40 or more hrs. Some days their is 1 person in the whole store. They recently shut the doors for a week to clean organize and stick shelves. It looks good now. Smells better but with no help it will be as it was soon. The store has been told about the Oshawa rules. They seem to ignore the fact that aisles are to be cleared enough for a fireman to get a hose down the aisle. The clothing aisle is such in shambles that it's impossible to look for clothes because of how packed together they are. The employees are friendly and willing to help but thears alot of them that's considering quitting. Till a manager is brought in I don't understand why the DM don't cover but she dont. The assistant manager had not been there but a few months when he was promoted.1 of the sales accurate is so slow she gets overwhelmed and becomes very hateful and agitated with the customers. She has 20 people or more in her lines on any day she's working. The store saves me money and time so please help get them were they need to be.I she there daily and so does the other 4 members of my household. We love the employees on all the shifts but the store has gone down so much. Their standards are not as high as it was when the manager Josh was there. I know most of the employee's and I feel so sorry for them working in the environment they work in.
