I just want people to no This is a bad company a and they don't value their customers

I order a doll and it took 2 months to come and when it did it was the wrong doll. You can't call them only email which I did told them I received the wrong doll sent a picture of what I order and what I received according to the return policy ask for a shipping lable to return,corresponding by email several times didn't get an answer all they was doing was making me offers so I can keep the doll all I wanted was a refund sorry I order from this company I never got answer about return/refund I read the reviews about them and they are bad wish I read them before I order I ship doll back to address ship from waiting on my refund I ask them to pay my shipping cost which was $20 they decline. I just want people to no This's a bad company a and they don't value their customers I can't say they refuse to give me my money because I just ship the doll back waiting on word I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for doll being ship back when it was there mistake not mines waited to long for doll 2months Bad Company!!
