Gas cutoff now notice, nn warranted. Called got note that I scheduled service? I did not and was notified I need to pay restoral fee. Had no bill due. They owed my account gave me a new account number no explanation I got two bills the next day, one with my name another with unknown person called Mohammed Resolution Sought Restore my account number, send letter of apology and discuss what errors they made to cause my distress.

2 payment in July also a onetime payment of 43 dollars 1st pynt 43 2 payment 50 and a re-verifcation on July 6, 2022 and a credit of 2.61 for being on time now the company says I owe 200. Resolution Sought Put payment in bill and credit my acct 92 dollars and refund the state for 43 dollars since they won't allow me to have paid onetime
