Domino's Pizza reviews

They need to hire a completely new staff or just close it permanently.

I placed an order at 7:13pm on 4/6/24. The tracker said my order should arrive within 27-36 minutes. At 7:35pm it said my order was delivered. My ring app never showed that anyone arrived at my home and I called at 7:44pm to inquire about my food. I was told my order was already out for delivery and it would arrive in a couple minutes. I called again at 7:55pm. I was told by the manager Monte that if my order didn't arrive within the next 5 minutes to call back. I called again at 8:03pm and the female was extremely rude and offered no apology or explanation for the delay. She said I would need to wait and that my food was on the way. I only live right up the street. By 8:35pm I called back for the final time to ask for a refund. Accept for Monte, every other person that came to the phone was very unprofessional. I should've checked the reviews first because there are so many negative reviews on this location. I will never give Domino's another penny of my money.
