Hi my name is Jessica and I went into Dotty's to hangout and a older lady on the 4350 location became very bossy and forcing me to add more more in the machine will I was playing and she became very knowing and persistence on tell me to put more more and I was still playing off what I had inside of there I stuffer from the forced and embarrassed I had to take on in front of other customers and then she seen I would not add more money then she said I had to leave the establishment and I was lottering and I was don't with being forced to add Money so then i had to go to cashier to cash out and leave i returned the next day cause I needed change and she refuses to allow me to come inside and didn't open the door act like she hear it ring so i tried to make a report and the cop gave me a number and how to file a complaint thank you for your time. Resolution Sought To talk to her about her behavior and let her know how she act was not okay and very inappropriate and how she got bad business and service clients and if she keep it up let her go and tell her that is not acceptable for any business.

I have been calling customer service for a week about not receiving my mailers . I have been playing more than usual. When I called customer care they give me the runaround and the girl answering always seems bothers. I still have not received my free play and we are on week 2. I'm losing money I earned by playing! Resolution Sought I would like for them to give me my free play that I had earned!
