Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Very poor customer service!!

My complaint is about a very rude and offensive employee at 1520 N Eastern Avenue. I don't know the woman's name but on the night of 11/19/23 between 6:30&7:00 pm this woman was very rude and I was highly offended. After I cashed out a 90 cent ticket and used restroom I stopped to get a few pieces of candy from the jar. This woman berated me and rudely said don't take all of them because You only cashed out 90 cents. Excuse me? Who said i was trying to take a whole handful of them? Why would she Say that to me? I was highly offended. An older woman,light Blonde hair. Talk to your swing shift people about being courteous and polite and don't go to extremes to assume.
