Very poor customer service!!

My complaint is about a very rude and offensive employee at 1520 N Eastern Avenue. I don't know the woman's name but on the night of 11/19/23 between 6:30&7:00 pm this woman was very rude and I was highly offended. After I cashed out a 90 cent ticket and used restroom I stopped to get a few pieces of candy from the jar. This woman berated me and rudely said don't take all of them because You only cashed out 90 cents. Excuse me? Who said i was trying to take a whole handful of them? Why would she Say that to me? I was highly offended. An older woman,light Blonde hair. Talk to your swing shift people about being courteous and polite and don't go to extremes to assume.

Bartender Lorraine is rude to everyone and should be fired.

In your U1 Casino on Pullman Dr, Sparks, NV, there is a bartender there named Lorraine that works 1st shift. She is rude to everyone that comes through the doors, and especially those she is supposed to WORK with. I will never go there again because of her. She should be fired for the way she treats everyone.
