No other customer deserves to be treated like this.

Double T towing and Recovery Cooperation sent their towing truck to tow my truck when I had a steer tire blow out on 1-80 west in Gary IN on Wednesday August 11th 2021. it was during morning rush hour and the tow truck driver did an excellent job but he broke one of the four bolts that holds the shaft under my truck. As I stated earlier, this complaint is not against the tow truck driver as fast as I know ( Dillon) did an excellent job….. but the Owner / Customer service Rep that I called to talk to with regards to my broken bolt was very unprofessional and hang up on me twice. When I asked them above how they were going to fix my bolt that their driver broke, they told me that there's nothing they can do about my situation that it's my responsibility and I should take care of it. Even when I told them that I will Call and report the matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) they asked me to go ahead that nothing will come out of it. I paid the Company $750 to tow my truck and they could not even listen neither take any responsibility for their actions…….this is a very bad business practice…. No other customer deserves to be treated like this. I'm not sure how many other complaints are our there against the above tow Company…… but my advice to other truck drivers. Please don't do any business with Double T towing and Recovery Cooperation. They are a bad example of excellent businesses.
