I felt so disrespected today speaking to the receptionist at Dr. dental

For about six years I've been going to Dr. dental for the services I needed on my teeth. Recently, the last three times that I've been going I've been having a hard time with the secretary that occupies the front desk. She makes me very uncomfortable by the way she over talks me, doesn't pay attention to weather I'm asking a question or just speaking to her trying to get clarity on something inside the establishment. No I don't know what her problem is, But I know what I have going on. The dentist is a very scary place for me. It takes a lot for me to make an appointment and even more faith for me and make it to the door. I know that it can tough to sit down all day and to deal with a lot of people because I've done it before. But I also know that it's always nice to be nice and what defines find a good male or female is not only who we are but how we treat one another when we're under immense pressure , tired, angry or we just don't want to deal with anyone for today. With me, I'm always scared when I have to go to the doctors and I don't know if it's just me or is it all men that are scared to go to the doctors. But I'm terrified when I go. I need to know from the door that people that I'm speaking to has my back. Not just in a way to where your going to safely handle my paperwork, but make me comfortable, please. It took a lot for me to come here.I'm terrified of dentist and doctors offices. Don't just push me off, constantly telling me to call the manager 10 times.
