Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. DTE workers have removed my trash cans from the curbside trash pickup area so when trash pickup happened on my block, I could not get my trash emptied and it cost $100 for special trash pickup Resolution Sought I would like a $100 payment for the negligence of the DTE workers that cost me money
