Poor customer service!

I had the home protection plan through DTE! I had a water heater that needed service. A technician was sent out and seemed to be disturbed that he had to work on a water heater when he was hired for heating/cooling in his words". He called his Supervisor who told him to order part needed and install. He then finds every reason not to install the part. We scheduled another date for him to come out and he comes out a day before his scheduled time. The company then cancels my appt and when I told them how Un professional they were and I was going to escalate this matter. The Supervisor comes over when I wasn't present and according to my tenant when into a rage saying how nothing was in compliance, he was going to escalate the mater to city of Detroit and went on to disconnect all furnaces, water heaters leaving all my tenants without heat/water in dead winter. So not only did he disconnect the water heater that was supposed to be serviced he disconnected from other apartments that had no issues. I would like some type of discipline for Supervisor for making this matter personal.
