Understaffed & long lines at the store!

This pharmacy located at 724 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn 11226 is severely understaff. There are long lines every time you you go to the store. To pick up a prescription you have to spend half an hour to an hour to pick up a prescription the front desk is no different long lines. There is also long lines on the phone to speak to a druggist. You complain you are told we are going to report to Management then you return to the pharmacy and nothing has changed. Time is money something has to be done to improve performance. If it continues like this I will be forced to change pharmacy. Customers are taken for granted there must be improvements. It is very annoying. Thank you. Improve on the time spent waiting in line. Every week it seems to have gotten worse.. Something must be done to improve waiting time. Right now it is ridiculous. This is a profitable store based on the number of customers. Make customers happy by improving on the waiting time. Thank you
