I received an award through a program for oil services. I spoke with Chris Roberts confirming the order place by the program. He advised that all drivers are out for the day since 7am, and that I cannot receive a delivery today, and it'll have to wait until tomorrow. I advised that I have no longer have oil in the tank and I have been without heat for three days, also advising I have small children in the home. I needed a start up due to the tank being on empty and claimed I needed to be home. I asked can I have a time frame, so I can be home; he replied no and that I need to leave work now and go home to wait the latest 6pm. Then I proceed to ask if he can contact the driver, he wouldn't. I asked him to work with me, he said "I am we're delivering your oil" I said I am referring to a time frame. He was extremely rude. I contacted the program letting them know what took place and the, they called the company and they lied stating they will deliver today, and in fact the guy name was Lance, not Chris as he stated to me. He did this because I am not a paying consumer and receiving aid for their service.
