Poor customer service!
On February 21, I was seen in eastern dental for my dentures. Instead, I was given an oral evaluation. I was told, it would take a couple of days, for them to get an approval for my dentures. On 2/29/24, I spoke with patty, about the approval for my dentures. She stated it would be sent electronically that day for approval. On 2/7/24, Queisha of liberty dental stated, eastern dental sent for approval pertaining to the oral evaluation, not dentures. I called eastern dental, got patty again who claimed, she sent the request twice for the dentures, never received. She expressed, they would tell me anything. Her attitude was became, absurd. At that point of our conversation I expressed, you don't want to service, this black woman. I asked to speak to her manager. I expressed, I will file a grievance, a complaint, email your CEO. She stated she was, hanging up. If it makes you feel better, please do so. Once, I stated I would have them pull, the call, she put me on hold so, I could speak to the manager. As of today, no call from manager, our from there office. I would like for them to send all involved, to trained for "people interaction"!
