I purchased an item off of eBay from a seller that goes by username jetflo 8092 the order number is 09 - 11 723-430 45 I gave $128.70 for this item about an hour later the seller contacted me and wanted me to cancel the order so I didn't I waited the next day he tried to can he cancel it but when I asked for a refund they tell me it still may be on its way there's no place on that page for to ask for a refund so basically they've been giving me the runaround for 11 days and I get no help from eBay no help from the seller and I feel like I've been scammed this is not right they should make things a little bit easier for people to get a refund when something like this happens I just want my money back please help me Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of all of my money $128.70

I ordered an item and received no detailed information on tracking and was unable to get in touch with the seller. The delivery date was estimated to be june fifth on june sixth I asked for refund. EBay says they cannot do this because their system will not allow. It passed a certain amount of days. I have called and used every option available on the phone and still cannot talk to a person. There are no phone numbers that lead to a person. And everything is automated, online, and on the phone. Theirs is the worst system I have ever encountered. No matter what your complaint is, they send you back to the automated system an online. Sadly, they promised me a refund and still have not delivered. Resolution Sought I want my refund.
