I had someone create an ebay account with my personal email address and try to scam people into buying cameras. I have tried numerous times to try to get ebay to respond to me through email about this issue and I only get any automated message sent back to me. There is no number for customer service to call. I have had this issue for months now and ebay is now sending me emails that global collections is trying to collect money from me and I have no way of contacting or getting help from ebay to ensure that my credit is not being affected by this scammer. I am very irritated that I cannot talk to a representative and get to a solution about this matter. I DO NOT recommend ebay to anyone. Not only has someone taken my email and tried to scam people but I have also gotten scammed when trying to purchase items off of ebay. DO NOT use ebay. You will get no help from anyone and it is definitely not a company that cares about their customers. I have all the necessary documents I would need to sue ebay over this situation and I will if it comes to that point. Resolution Sought I need them to completely resolve this issue. I need confirmation that my credit is not being affected. I need them to actually contact me and talk to a REAL person. They need to take my personal email off of ebay all together and fix THEIR problem. I have not had an ebay account in 10 years and should not have to be dealing with this.

Order number -08-14637-39870 Order id #--306923293124 The seller is refusing to send me a return receipt and offered me 55% of the item but can not use the item at all for my dog...the seller is telling me i have to send it back on my own which is not fair and is not ebay policy Selker is refusing to send me a return receipt to send back items These capsules are big and i ordered small capsules and the capsules that were send by the sender is practically empty see screenshot Resolution Sought Send me a return receipt
