I made a purchase off of eBay on January 29th 2025 at 7:40 p.m. the purchase was for a bottle of Izod Lacoste cologne which total cost was $42.23 the order number for this item is 24.12642-89495 and the tracking number for this item was 1z6070570-3968-70545. This item was delivered to the wrong address a week later I contacted the seller and told them what happened he said it was delivered to the right address he had a picture from UPS and he there's nothing he was going to do about it I contacted eBay to escalate eBay sided with the customer with the seller I escalated it I also went online using Google's maps and I went to street view and I put my address in and it showed a picture of my house with the address I took screenshots and I sent this to eBay and to the seller I contacted the seller again the seller told me we're not changing our mind if you want a refund you go talk to eBay that's exactly what I did eBay tried to stick to that until I told the operator look at the photos I sent you guys you put me on hold up on doing that he got back on he said oh they didn't deliver it to write address. I called back in explain the problem with the phone my Gmail they tell me that the information I gave them was wrong I don't know my own address my card number was not the right one I've got a statement sitting here from the card company with the amount and the time they're using every excuse about not having access to my old account info to pay me I need help card ended in 1120 Resolution Sought Since then give me all this crap about my account and everything I want my money that they owe me they have 100 money back guarantee it wasn't delivered to the right address and I can prove that I want my money and an apology and they don't ever have to worry about me spending another quarter with him again and I've spent a lot of money

I recently purchased an Gold Apple IMac M4 Desktop Computer (Refurbished & Covered by eBay's refund GURANTEE policy as well as Allstate insurance. ) for the amount of $1257.14 on Feb 11 , 2025. Upon waiting for my order to be shipped and delivered I experienced an unexpected family emergency causing me to have to leave out of town for the next few weeks & also causing the inconvenience of missing my scheduled delivery that was wrongfully MISDELIVERED by seller as I previously contacted him regarding my issue & how I wished to cancel & have the order fully refunded because I wasn't going to be home at the time of delivery. Seller replied only to say order couldn't be canceled and I would have to wait for it to be refused to be refunded. Okay I refused delivery as asked too do so by seller now I don't know what happened with my order as it shows delivered when I asked for it to be canceled. I am still not home to be able to retrieve order or even check to see if it is even still there as it was left carelessly by fed ex knowing I wasn't home and was not going to be able to receive my order putting it at more risk of being lost , tampered with or even stolen.. I've contacted seller multiple times , opened return claim with eBay in attempt to resolve issue only to have it closed and refused. Please help me receive my money I am owed for not receiving the items or service I paid for already and have not been refunded or sent a replacement .. Resolution Sought MY DESIRED OUTCOME WOULD BE THAT SELLER , EBAY OR ALLSTATE PROVIDE ME WITH A REPLACEMENT OR FULL REFUND. If not resolved and fully refunded my money I am owed or provided with a replacement for my misdelivered order I will have no other choice to report & dispute transaction with my bank & providing them with this information.
