Me as the seller sold the lamp to a miss Weaver and the whole time which I got messages she was trying to blackmail me out of refunding her some extra money or she was gonna start a return on a lamp from 1939 gone with the wind lamp Fenton I stated to eBay she removed brass brackets off of the lamp that she should've never took off and she chipped the bottom of the lamp because of eBay's refund policy. This lady is holding out until eBay just gives it to her and a refund, eBay told her to return the lamp and she still has not eBay's holding my funds. They won't release them. This lady will not send back the lamp. I got several messages. You can see all of our messages of her blackmailing me with this lamp because she knows eBay's gonna refund her no matter what and probably just give her the lamp and she states it and eBay will not take consideration about the seller and what's going on with me. EBAY 2025 Hamilton Avenue San Jose, California 95125 USA [email protected] (800) 456-3229 I PURCHASED A LAPTOP FROM EBAY ON 04/14/2925, AN INSPIRON 17R 5720. THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE LAPTOP: 1. IT WAS ADVERTISED AS HAVING A DISK WITH 384 GB AVAILABLE. BUT THE LAPTOP DELIVERED ONLY HAD 118 GB. 2. THE SCREEN IS DAMAGED 3. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED. INSTEAD I HAD TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE TO PICK IT UP. I REQUESTED A PARTIAL REFUND FROM THE SELLER, LEONIDKU1971; HE ASKED HOW MUCH WAS FAIR AND APOLOGIZED BUT I DID NOT HEAR BSCK GRIM THEM.
