I am writing to formally lodge a complaint and report an incident related to my recent FedEx shipment. Unfortunately, the package with tracking number 272458341466 did not reach its intended destination. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, the seller has refused to initiate a formal complaint with the courier service. Here are the details of the situation: Package Details: Tracking Number: 272458341466 Contents: Two iPhone 13 devices (128 GB each) Total Value: $898.60 Issue Description: The package was sent via FedEx but never arrived at the specified address. The seller has been uncooperative in addressing this issue and has failed to fulfill their buyer protection obligations. Actions Taken: I have reported the missing package to all relevant authorities and agencies. Despite my efforts, the seller has not taken any steps to resolve the matter. Request: I kindly request that FedEx investigate this incident promptly and take appropriate action. I've been running around buying a tremendously it's been 12 days I bought a TV it's never been shipped out and sell it all respond I talk to eBay three times they give me three dates I will get my money back I called talk to him today and it was the same thing and that's why I'm trying to complain Resolution Sought How long you to step in get me my refund and then whatever you do to take care of there rude and bad production of business that would make me happy
