I was issued a Refund from Ebay for a H Moser Wrist Watch, watch was defective so I returned for a refund. Ebay issued refund but Navy Federal Credit Union, rejected it because they thought fraud was going on with my debit card. I just found out today that Navy federal rejected it. I put Navy Fed. Rep. On phone with Me and they told Ebay to resend the refund. Ebay says they didn't get it back so I need to give them 10 more days. Refund was issued 6/9/26 . Order number is 171473947807. Navy Federal in Schaumburg I'll. Is where I called and tried to get help but Ebay is just Stealing because Navy Federal has been consistent since 1978 for me. I Only get 1300 . Monthly i am 66 years old .please Help. Oran Harper Thank You Resolution Sought Give me my 615.01 refund

I sold an item using the EBay Marketplace: QUEEN ELIZABETH 2018 YEAR OF THE DOG COMMEMORATIVE MIRROR PROOF COIN- This link opens in a new tab or new window. Order number: 08-14779-33019 The buyer received more than likely found the item for a cheaper price and requested a refund stating that the item was made in Australia and not England. eBay sided with the seller although the buyer was not being truthful. However since initially I refused the returned when asked by the seller he became very hostile. The buyer sent my coin back damaged. I contacted EBay once I inspected my item once returned and discovered the damage. Now through eBay I'm supposed to be insured that we are protected against this. But it sent me a response saying that they don't know if it was damaged when the buyer received it. I responded by saying that the buyer did not claim that the item was damaged for the reason they requested a refund. Because that would have been a valid reason if that was the case. The reason of the request was he believed the item was made in a different country. eBay is using this possible reason so they have to use the insurance policy that they lie to get us to ship our items unprotected to buyers while crossing there finger's hoping nothing will happen requiring them to actual take responsibility for the actions of a bad buyer Resolution Sought I would like to be paid for the item that returned in a different condition
