I received a part ordered on eBay I received the wrong part for my truck and received a hard time returning it to the merchant that sold it to me January 2024 off eBay the merchants was Outlet auto parts order number 07-1093-57599 sold for $93.88 the part was for a 1997-2002-2023 Blazer this was the wrong part for my Blazer a 1998 LS AWD . I phoned the New York phone number and spoke with a person named Alex customer service at (347 ) 949-8308 641 6th Ave. New York, NY 10011 . After explaining this matter to him he had me to purchase a gift card for $202 and give him the gift card number on the back 6/27/2024 he took my money and changed his phone number. I have new phone number ( 808) 499-5580 I phoned this number and spoke with him., Hung up on me after I spoke about the problem concerning him ripping me off after tricking me concerning him sending me a exchange for the wrong part. And the return information I needed in order to send the wrong part back . Resolution Sought Reimburse me my $ 202 dollars back ., Alex never contacted me again . I phoned the new number ( 808 ) 499-5580 and got hung up on again 11/21/2024

Good afternoon. A buyer recently purchased my collection of signed autographed Funko's on eBay on the 3rd of Sep 2024 and received Sep 11 2024. The items and the total ended up being $750 in total. The item was signed for by USPS as I had stated when making the shipping label and he had the items for over a month. 20th of OCT which is outside of eBays return policy and the buyer issued a payment dispute with his card company claiming "that the item is not as described". Not once did the user reach out to me regarding sending the items back which is usually standard practice when issuing refunds in regard to payment disputes nor did they ever explain what was 'wrong' with said items. As it stands the buyer still has my items and received a full refund while im now out of owning my collection on top of owing $750. The claim he made was completely false and a police report is in the works. This is a blatant credit card scam and a report has been filed with the Federal Trade commission as well which I will link my ticket references below. I have called eBay 3 times now and each time I get a different response. First time I was assured buyers protection if the claim filed against me found me guilty. Second time I was told to contact my bank and file a dispute as well but in doing so I risk my account being punished. Third time they basically said there's nothing they can do. It absolutely blows my mind that this type of blatant scam can be allowed to continue unjustly. Resolution Sought I want my -$750 balance on ebay resolved so that I dont have to pay out of pocket for items that were never returned back to me so that I may resume business through eBay. my FTC Report number - 'Report number: 180447625' My eBay request number - '1-487843530887' with notes and logs of interactions. My eBay dispute id - '5007278686'
