I rate them. Minus zero. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

On April 17th 2018 some one from Ed Senez Aluminum came out too our house & gave us an estimate for gutters on our house. They told us 10 - 12 weeks. After that time my husband called & they then told us it would be the beginning of August. Then the third time my husband called them they said it would be the end of August. Then after the 4th time of my husband contacting them they said it would be September 17th. Then after contacting them the 5th time they said it would be the next week. Now after the 6th time of my husband contacting them, they said we were next in line. Finally after all the time of them NOT contacting us at on October 2nd my husband went to them in Orange City we told them they were not interested in their services & to please give us our deposit back. They actually had to go through the pile of lists of customers who was to have work done they found our order. They did refund our $50.00 back. They don't do the work they say they will do. They have no customer communication. I rate them a minus zero as far as costumer service that they don't do & the same on customer communication. So that's 25 weeks of NO communication from them unless we called them & No gutters . I don't want anything from them. They gave us our deposit back. They need to practice better communication & customer service.

I have claims for widows and their install done by Senez Aluminum. Over 5 months and no resolution . No response to me!

I requested (request made by phone to the business many different times during August 2016) that Senez inspect my windows that he installed which were leaking. One window pane was fogged. Everything is under warranty. The leaks were coming from the installation. He could not be bothered to even come to my home to inspect and determine what the problem was. Not until over three months later did he send a technician to inspect. The technician did not have an appointment with me and I was not home at that time. Senez was notified of the problems repeatedly by phone during the month of August 2016. He NEVER returned any calls. No response was received from Senez until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He then would only respond to the BBB. No part of my complaint has been addressed by Senez, Lansing Building Products (distributor) or Custom Window Solutions. It has been over five months since Senez was notified and nothing has been done to remedy the situation that I am experiencing with the windows. Having paid over $6,000 for windows and installation, I would at least expect the contractor (Senez) to be responsive to my complaint and address the issues as I stated. To date, nothing has been done. I hope this review will allow others to make an appropriate decision, before any contracts are signed. In my experience, the contract warranty does not live up to what was stated.
