Be more compassionate with people that have life changing situations

I placed a order of female catheters on March the 3rd. I was using the same catheter for weeks now I have a URINARY TRACK DISEASE . They kept saying they needed from my doctor clinical notes. So I notified my doctor she sent over what they asked for.So I kept calling them for weeks they kept telling me they never received it. Talk to a supervisor several times still telling me they didn't receive the documents, nobody wanted to help me and they were rude!! finally I went to my doctors office which is very hard for me l have MS and I'm in a wheelchair and with this VIRUS going around you have to stay @ home. My doctor called the company and spoked to the supervisor and told them she sent over the notes that they needed. So The whole time the documents was in a pile of faxes on somebody's desk!!!! so I SUFFERED for weeks using the same catheter and as a result of there negligence I'm suffering with a URINARY TRACK DISEASE!!!!!!! Also forgot to say I've been with this company for 5 years
