This is the company EA for online gaming. I recently experienced an issue with their tech support asking me many questions to ascertain my identity. Some of which were very private and unnecessary in the resolution of my issue. They told me I didn't answer correctly and shut me out. They have many complaints and are not fixing any issues from fans all over the world who pay to play their games. They are not professional and gouge their customers without providing assistance.
