This company is horrible at reimbursement when it comes time to do so. They put you through piles of red tape and refuse to put you in contact with anyone that is in control of anything that can actually handle your complaint while trying to find new and inventive ways to deny your claim at every turn. They also shave anywhere from 70 to 100 dollars off every vet bill. Resolution Sought Reimburse me for my vet bills and for my fees because they in no way keep with the stated contract tired of the garbage service and them trying to call everything pre existing.
