Used deceptive language to discuses loan borderline fraud

Loan officer told me that a large first time payment would decrees the monthly payments going forward. This is not true. While there is no penalty for early payment it does not affect the monthly payment. I would say this borders on fraud to secure the loan, however it dose not say that that would work in the paperwork I digitally signed. They also told me a different date to re-amortize my loan. And the date passed before they sent me the paperwork. Making it much harder to find the date difference. In addition, the conversation was recorded but after a full week to get back to me no one had reviewed it. even though it is there for "quality assurance".

AVOID

No one answers the phone or returns calls payments don't appear to be processed properly; which are compounded but not being able to find history of payments.
