Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Used deceptive language to discuses loan borderline fraud

Loan officer told me that a large first time payment would decrees the monthly payments going forward. This is not true. While there is no penalty for early payment it does not affect the monthly payment. I would say this borders on fraud to secure the loan, however it dose not say that that would work in the paperwork I digitally signed. They also told me a different date to re-amortize my loan. And the date passed before they sent me the paperwork. Making it much harder to find the date difference. In addition, the conversation was recorded but after a full week to get back to me no one had reviewed it. even though it is there for "quality assurance".
