I think they attitude was very poor.

My car was in an accident on June 2018 I had an appointment two day later the lady tried to put me in the smallest thing on the lot something that I could not fit into. I called several times she never tried calling me back are anything she acted like she did want to hear what I had to say. Then I called the Monroe office and they telling me I need to pay out of my pocket and the guy made the comment well you need to call your insurance company back and have them to increase your rental coverage. Now that was overboard I don't have a car to drive to get to work are get around on I think they attitude was very poor and the way I have gotten treated it probably want nothing every happen but at least I hope this Don't happen to anyone else. In this kind of business you need to learn how to treat and talk to people and met there needs a lot better nothing I can do are tell you what to do but this bother me a lot
