Complainants allege a variety of problems with debit cards offered by this company. Some customers complain that money deposited on their account is not applied or credited to their accounts. Other complainants report their accounts are placed on hold after funds are received and they are unable to access their funds. Those who opt to cancel are advised they must forfeit the entire account balance as a condition of cancellation. Still other complainants allege they have not applied for a card or transacted any business with the company however their bank accounts or credit cards are debited by the company or that gift cards purchased are not redeemable. Some complainants who allege that unauthorized deductions were taken from their accounts report after disputing the charge with their card issuer the company refused the dispute and they were referred to their bank or to local authorities. ~~The company responds to some complaints by advising complainants they must be identity fraud victims or by implying that the complainant has not complied with requested security requirements causing funds to be withheld. Some customer’s dispute that they have not complied with the company's security requests indicating requested documents were sent to the designated fax number or e-mail address requested. The company either denies receiving the documents or claims they are illegible and therefore cannot be used.
