Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Most complainants allege unauthorized credit card charges or difficulty cancelling memberships. Some customers complain that after they agree to a trial offer offered through the various websites find additional charges are made to their credit cards for monthly membership that they were not aware of. Other customers complain they are unaware of how the company obtained their credit card number. ~~The company responds to most complaints by explaining that customers are given information regarding the memberships and recurring charges both before and after the membership is purchased. They also contend that Epoch does not own or is not associated with the websites and denies responsibility. Additionally the customer can call a toll free number to cancel if the automatically generated cancellation confirmation email is not received. The company responds to some complaints by issuing credits and refunds. To a few complaints the company explains they are unable to contact the customer and request either a member ID email address username or the credit card number or they deny refunds based on identity theft. Others are advised that the charges in question are considered valid and that law enforcement investigations would determine the origination of the order authorization.

Yes. I've had 2 charges taken out of my checking acct now. I've dont know what this is for and I veteied calling to find out who they are and why they are charging me 39.95?a month and got what. But all I get is an answering recording saying billing support and then get disconnected everytime . Please help me get my money back for the 2 months and cancel what ever it is they are charging me for Resolution Sought Refund me 2 months and cancel whatever it is they are charging me for
