I feel we were both treated unfairly
My daughter's card was charged but she was told the machine was broken, and they called her a liar about the situation. 13435 Highway 77 Southport Fl, 32409. The manager Shirley is a horrible employee. She also yelled at me and told me my daughter was a liar without even trying to fix the problem. I feel we were both treated unfairly. Shirley needs to go work somewhere else, maybe at night in the back of a warehouse so she doesn't deal with the public. I have lived in the area for over 25 years, before this station was even here and will never set foot in this or any other express lane and will tell friends and family that there are thieves working here and they don't need to either. It's not the money, it's the principle, she needs to be fired and I will complain as much as I need to , to make sure that happens.
