On September 28, 2023, I placed an order for two emergency vehicle light bars. As of November 21, the order was still not shipped. I sent an email to the company's accounting department per the request of sales asking for my order to be canceled and my payment refunded, and received an automated response. However, I never received a reply to my email, the order was never cancelled, and I have never received a refund. On December 6, I sent a second email to accounting, and again received an automated reply. However, just as before, I never received a reply, the order was never cancelled, and my payment never refunded. Therefore, I have filed a complaint here, with the BBB, and have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Resolution Sought Cancel my order and refund my purchase in full.
