Ordered lights for volunteer firefighter on Dec. 2nd of 2024 and did not receive this order until Jan. 29, 2025. Order #263827. Submitted a return on the 11th of February in which I followed directions of returning the products. Still have not received a refund for the full amount. Have sent several emails and left several messages with no response. Resolution Sought Refund my total amount purchased as all items were returned.

The order was shipped in January, and we received a partial return in March. As outlined in our return policy, which requires returns within 30 days of the shipment date, items returned beyond this period are not eligible for a full refund. In line with this policy, a store credit was issued for the returned item(s). Store credits do not expire and can be used at any time. For reference, our return policy is always available on our website and is also sent directly to customers prior to a return authorization being issued. As part of our process, customers are required to review and initial the return policy information before a return authorization is approved. Customer service staff are happy to assist if you need help using your store credit or have any further questions.

All items ordered were returned within the 30 day window. This was a full return not a partial return. We struggled to get a response from the company on the return which may have gone over the 30 day window. That is not on us. We have tried to reach the accounting department several times to resolve the conflict of stating there was only a partial return and no response from the accounting department. We gave not had a good experience with this order and do not want to place another order for product that we will not get or need to return as it is incorrect. A full refund should be sent as the full order of products were returned.

I placed an order for a Vehicle Light Bundle on 7/22/24. I received 1 of 3 lights there were to be included in the bundle. The last time I received a response was on 1/2/25, they said "The next incoming container, which may contain your order, is due to arrive at our warehouse today. However, we won't have confirmation until the warehouse notifies us of its arrival and contents. We'll continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide you with updates as soon as we have more information. If you have any questions or need assistance in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out." . I sent another email to them last month and have not received a response. Resolution Sought I want to receive the lights I ordered, something comparable, or a refund.
