Mr. Vohland was emailing us multiple times with no or vague information, such as no name, order number and were confused as to what he was asking for. After we determined what was needed the issue was resolved and a refund was issued accurately.

submitted order on June 10th, 2025. After multiple weeks of no updates to order I contacted the company who informed me that the product was in shipping port and would be shipped shortly. Week later contacted again and was informed that they were working on it and did not provide a timeline. Again 2 months after original order submission I requested an update and they informed me that some were shipped and my order will still in the port with no time frame to resolution. They are taking orders without having product on hand and without providing any time frame of delays to shipment. I have filed a complaint with my bank and received a refund. This complaint is to properly document the sellers issues as they claim to have an "AA" rating with the alliance. Resolution Sought properly document this issue with the company in hopes to save someone else from experiencing issues.

The customer was notified the items were out of stock and provided option to change the order to similar alternative, wait or cancel. Customer disputed the funds with his financial institute and was refunded in full.

The company did not provide alternatives to my order when they were giving me the run around for not having shipping information. Additionally, after being fed up with almost 2 months of no real information, I requested the refund and cancellation on August 8th and again on August 12th requesting a refund status. I heard no response and ultimately contacted my credit card company to file a dispute to which I was refunded.
