Terrible customer service and you don't receive products ordered, or a refund. This company should be shut down.

I am still waiting for an item ordered in 2024, which was on back order at the time. No response to emails sent to the company, no refund. This company is terrible. After another order was placed and a few weeks had passed with no products arriving, I called. Was informed on back order and never received an estimated delivery time. When I called back to cancel the order and aske for a refund I was informed the accounting department only communicated via email. The only response to my email is a generic generated response stating they have received the email. No products or refund have happened yet. Do not order from this company. After I requested a refund, I ordered from another company and products have already arrived. Still, nothing from ETD. Terrible company.

Horrible product packaging and customer service

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a visor light bar and rear light bar as well as 4 LEDs for the grill. When I opened the visor bar package, first thing was there were no directions. I e-mailed and was sent directions. Then went to install the visors and found out they do not fit the truck I have without modifying the brackets. Figure ok, let me install the rear light bar. Open that package and no directions. Figured it cannot be that hard as it has suction cups. Well, it would be easy if the light bar came with all the needed screws and nuts. Nope, missing that too. E-mailed the company and received no response. We have 4 more trucks to put lights on and we will not be buying from these clowns again. Need to deal with professional companies or pay the price of not.
