Horrible product packaging and customer service
I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a visor light bar and rear light bar as well as 4 LEDs for the grill. When I opened the visor bar package, first thing was there were no directions. I e-mailed and was sent directions. Then went to install the visors and found out they do not fit the truck I have without modifying the brackets. Figure ok, let me install the rear light bar. Open that package and no directions. Figured it cannot be that hard as it has suction cups. Well, it would be easy if the light bar came with all the needed screws and nuts. Nope, missing that too. E-mailed the company and received no response. We have 4 more trucks to put lights on and we will not be buying from these clowns again. Need to deal with professional companies or pay the price of not.

Order cancel, have not gotten a refund and it has been 4 months
Bad Business, They take your money and when you cancel within a couple of hours, they do not give you a refund. In fact, they still ship the items and you have to pay for return shipping to them. We have emailed and tried to call over and over again and have not gotten any answers. Don't trust them at all. If you need the item before 6 months don't go to them. They are a very bad company with a very bad customer service.
