Falls at Mill Creek reviews

This is the apartment I moved out of from April 28 …. They was supposed to mail me back my deposit as they said they would but am yet to receive it …. I've been going there 3-4 times per week for the past three weeks and all they are saying is "they are so sorry, they are trying to help , they said they have a new management company and I must give them my address and they will mail it …. I ve spoken with the regional manager for elmington properties and she said she could get the accountant to mail it to me overnight to resolve this situation she said she could call me and that was two weeks ago and I have tried to call them several times and I don't get no answer. They made it very clear, that if I was the one that I owed them money I would have to pay within 30 days after moving out and it's almost 3 months and every time I go there to ask about my deposit all I'm getting is excuse and it's not fair to me to be waiting this long to get my my deposit when the law in Tennessee states it should be 30 days after moving out…..
